Meet the Team

With a young dynamic senior management team the company is always looking at ways to improve best practice and to evolve within the care industry. In 2015 RG Care introduced a new innovative technology called Person Centred Software throughout all their homes. The software allows care staff to input real time care as it occurs and permits relatives to access care notes via a relatives gateway portal allowing a two-way communication stream.

This keeps RG Care up-to-date with current legislation changes within the Care Act 2014 and supports the Duty of Candour allowing a transparent service of care delivery. RG Care and their governing body the Care Quality Commission (CQC) want to make sure that social care providers give vulnerable adults a safe, kind and quality of care service.

We currently have vacancies at all of our sites. If you are interested in joining our amazing team – contact us here.

Vicki Quiller – Supported Living Manager for Gullivers & ELIFAR General Manager

Vicki has worked in care for over 25 years, she has worked her way up from support worker to manager and understands the needs of people we support both in the community and residential care.

Her passion comes form working in the community where people have more control over their lives and Vicki has worked hard to implement this model in residential settings. The outcome for people living in shared living settings whether residential or supported living has been very positive – it changes the idea that rather a workplace for staff it becomes more someone’s home. People with learning disabilities can have control over their lives, their support and their environment with good communication tools – anything is possible.

Vicki has had success with this model in residential and supported living. People that require support have interviewed their own staff, audited where they live and quality checked the service.  They have also been given access to training in safeguarding, fire safety and recruitment.
