Farmhouse is situated in Hornchurch. There is an excellent transport link into London and beyond.
The service is a 7 bedded House catering for both male and female individuals with a range of complex learning disability. The service supports these individuals with their daily activities including personal care, shopping and access to the local communities for a range of activities.
The promotion of choice, independence and empowerment is an integral part of all support. We support people with appropriate practical skills and provide emotional support allowing individuals the ability to make informed choices to take control and enhance their overall quality of life.
Staff attend a range of training to be able to provide personalised care and the skill set required for the individuals we support.
Families for the people we support are involved in their care, some visit daily to spend time in the house or to take their loved ones out into the community.
